Pump Reliability Training Programs
Over 80% of all pump failures are attributed to seals or bearings!
In spite of this, when a seal or bearing fails, we rarely look for the underlying problem. Instead we replace the offending part, reassemble the pump and start up again. In other words, we have usually reinstalled the same problem, and can expect to deal with it again, and again, and again, throughout the life of the equipment...Until something is changed!
That change can be as simple as understanding and learning how to integrate all aspects of the equipment and the system, as well as the manner in which the pump is operated within that system. As a totally independant training company, we are able to help you do this without feeling the need to protect your equipment supplier or to sell you any pumps or seals.
By identifying how to separate symptoms from problems, you will learn how to reduce operating and maintenance costs by increasing the reliability of the pump.
Every one of our in-house courses is custom tailored to the level of expertise of the participants and their roll in Engineering, Operations and/or Maintenance. It will also reflect the type of equipment in your plant...and in your particular industry. To accomplish this, we use our unique Pump Reliability Audit to analyze and then deliver the individual training needs of your personnel.
